By applying for a place at The Paperdolls Market you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:


You will be notified of the result of your application via email within two weeks of the closing date of August 11th. Please check your 'junk mail' folder if you don't hear back from us.

If successful, we will provide you with payment details. Stall fees must be paid in full in order to confirm your place.

You will bring your own stall/ table to fit within the 6ft square area allocated to each successful applicant. If you require The Paperdolls to provide the stall, you agree to an additional payment of £10.

You are responsible for arranging your own public liability insurance and must have this to trade at the market. 

Stallholders are personally liable for their individual stalls. Stallholders will not hold The Paperdolls liable for any damage, loss, theft or injury incurred while participating in the market.

Every stall holder is responsible for clearing their own rubbish and vacating the Custard Factory premises by 7pm.

Your stall location within the Market Hall will be confirmed one week in advance of the market.

Stallholders must use best efforts to stay for the entire duration of the market.

The Paperdolls are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items before, during or after the event.

There is limited space in our Market Hall. Any extra structures (eg. art browsers, clothes rails) must be agreed in advance.

We will use the images that you provide in your application to promote your involvement in the event.

We will be photographing the Market during the day and you may therefore appear in some of the photos. If you would rather not appear in our promotional materials for future events, please notify us.
